Scrap Spooler for Global Tubing

Logan Industries International Corp. is pleased to announce the delivery of a Scrap Spooler, with automated collapse spool:
             


  • SWL: 4500Lbs bare drum line pull @ 3000psi
  • Speed: 230fpm bare drum @ 30gpm flow
  • Capacity: 3000ft of 2" tubing
Features:
  • Horizontal spool reeler with slew ring drive.
  • Manual drum lock pin to keep drum stationary (6 positions).
  • Tugger winch with 5000lb SWL, 100ft of 3/8" rope capacity.
  • Tubing tie-off built into lower drum flange.
  • 6 drum core sections with 8" gap between sections for banding tubing bundle.
  • Hydraulic cylinder in center of drum actuates to simultaneously collapse core, open upper drum flange, and lift scrap tubing bundle for easy removal with forklift.
  • Manually operated, cylinder actuated levelwind.
  • Line speed can be increased to 400fpm with a 55gpm HPU.
  • Overall dimensions: 150" x 102" x 92" (L x W x H).
